TUESDAY

Total Body Conditioning | 10:00am – 10:45am

Join us for a full-body workout this class incorporates strength exercises and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, and bands for a total body workout.

 

THURSDAY

Circuit/HIIT Training | 10:00am – 10:45am

H.I.I.T. stands for High-intensity Interval Training and is a circuit of different cardio-based workouts to keep your heart rate up as you burn off those calories.

 

SATURDAY

Core Plus | 10:00am – 10:45am

A multi-level class that will challenge every muscle group, incorporating your core while sculpting and toning your body.
