Spa Reservations
For spa inquiries or reservations, please contact our spa reception directly. Advance bookings are recommended to secure your preferred treatment time. Treatments may be enjoyed as a single experience or as a couple. For guests not staying at Grace Bay Resort properties, all treatments must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Prior to Arrival
We recommend leaving all jewelry and valuables in your room before visiting the spa. We kindly request that mobile devices are not used within the spa. We respect our guests’ privacy and right to serenity. Please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to your treatment to enjoy our facilities. We also recommend using the steam room prior to your treatment to help stimulate circulation and enhance the benefits of your experience.

Age Requirement
Spa guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Late Arrival
Late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time, and treatments will end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next guest.

Payment & Cancellation
Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice may be charged in full. No-shows will be charged the full treatment price, less service charge and tax. All treatment prices are subject to 10% service charge and 12% tax. Additional gratuity for exceptional service is left at the guest’s discretion.
