Personal Concierge

Exceeding our guests’ expectations for their Turks and Caicos vacation is our goal and the sole focus of our Personal Concierges.

Prior to arrival, we provide a personal preference form to all our guests. The form includes a provisions list for shopping and menu of activities for the guest’s Personal Concierge to arrange. In addition, should you have any requests or questions prior to arrival, send us a mobile text to 786.322.2079.

On arrival at Grace Bay, our guests are greeted by their Personal Concierge. Guests also receive a designated mobile number to send an Imessage or text their concierge at any time.

Upon check-in, guests will find their fridge fully stocked with all of their requested items, dinner reservations made and activities confirmed. This process ensures that each guest enjoys a seamless stay from arrival to departure.
