SPA RESERVATIONS

For spa enquiries or reservations, please contact our knowledgeable spa reception directly. Advance bookings are recommended to secure your preferred treatment time. Treatments can be enjoyed as a single experience or couples. For guest (s) not staying with our Grace Bay Resort properties, all treatments will need to be guaranteed with a credit card.

PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

At the Anani Spa we recommend that you leave all jewelry and valuables in your room before coming to the spa. We kindly request you refrain from using all mobile devices in the Anani Spa. We respect our guest privacy and right to serenity. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your treatment time enjoy or facilities. We recommend using the steam, prior to any treatment. This will stimulate your blood and lymphatic systems and enhance the benefits of your spa treatment.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Spa guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

LATE ARRIVAL

Guest arriving late will result in a reduction of treatment time and treatment and will end at the scheduled time, so that the next guest will not be delayed.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Cancellation with less than 6 hours notice may be charged for the treatment in full. No Shows will be charge full treatment price less service charge and tax. All Treatments prices are subject to 10% service charge and 12% tax. Additional Gratuity for exceptional service is left at guest discretion.
